Ok, so this is REALLY weird for me. I've always had an aversion to blogs. Now you're probably thinking I'm weird for saying I had an aversion to blogs.....I mean, blogs are one of those things that you're either into reading...or you don't care either way, right? I mean, if you don't want to read...don't read. What did blogs ever do to you?
Anyway....for some reason the thought of blogging just seems like something for other people...people who wear Lisa Loeb cat-eye glasses and dress in vintage Hello Kitty and Ramones tees. Right? Whatev...I've decided to do it anyway. As a way to publish the random thoughts that pop into my head a million times a day and just aren't good enough to warrant a facebook post. You lucky reader, you. ;o)

- I am addicted to food. I have always been overweight, with my highest weight being around 240 lbs in 2012-2013. I feel that a vegan, whole foods diet is the healthiest way to live, and when I can stick to it, I am happy and I feel like my body is thriving. However, more often than not, my food addiction outweighs my need to be healthy. Things I want: to have energy, to be healthy, to get to a goal weight of 140 lbs (which is necessary to be considered just "overweight" instead of "obese" per my BMI), to live a long life and to set a good example for my daughter. I also want to form a good relationship with exercise and get back to the point where I crave a good workout (I've been there before). Current Weight 3/23/16: 186 Most recent lowest weight (around 7/2015): 153 Weight at end of pregnancy 5/1/14: 230 Weight before getting pregnant 8/2013: 172 Weight before starting Nutrisystem 5/2013: 226
