I am addicted to food. I have always been overweight, with my highest weight being around 240 lbs in 2012-2013. I feel that a vegan, whole foods diet is the healthiest way to live, and when I can stick to it, I am happy and I feel like my body is thriving. However, more often than not, my food addiction outweighs my need to be healthy.
Things I want: to have energy, to be healthy, to get to a goal weight of 140 lbs (which is necessary to be considered just "overweight" instead of "obese" per my BMI), to live a long life and to set a good example for my daughter. I also want to form a good relationship with exercise and get back to the point where I crave a good workout (I've been there before).

Most recent lowest weight (around 7/2015): 153
Weight at end of pregnancy 5/1/14: 230
Weight before getting pregnant 8/2013: 172
Weight before starting Nutrisystem 5/2013: 226
